Outdoor Balcony of the BCCThe Balcony on the west side of the facility offers a fine panoramic view of downtown Bartlesville and is a perfect place to host a wedding reception or luncheon.

The Balcony is accessed at the top of the staircase or ramp near the back of the Auditorium.  The capacity for reception seating on the Balcony is 130 guests and 200 guests for a standing reception.

Rental Rates

M-F BEFORE 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.     $30/hr*
M-F AFTER 5 p.m. $45/hr*
Midnight to 8 a.m. $55/hr*
Weekends  $45/hr*

*The following restrictions apply:

  • Four hour minimum on weekends.
  • Labor charges are not included in room use rates.
  • $150 deposit required
