From the mind of Chris Rupp, founder of Home Free and the “Chris Rupp Project,” comes a brand new vocal quartet that is ready to forge a new identity in the music world. Each member has a unique musical and performance background,  allowing for exciting possibilities. Combining elements of pop, swing, rockabilly, country, and much more, 7th Ave is aiming to reinvent and uproot the standard definitions of all of those genres through their innovative arrangements and fun music videos.

CHRIS RUPP
Chris was the founder and musical director of the country vocal band Home Free for 15 years, and is now taking his skills and talents to his latest and greatest project, 7th Ave. He graduated with a degree in music from Minnesota State University, and spent the next decade teaching piano, guitar, and voice privately while working to build Home Free into the sensation that it is today, highlighted by their 2013 Season 4 victory on The Sing-Off. He has collaborated with such artists as Kenny Rogers, The Oak Ridge Boys, Charlie Daniels, Kira Isabella, Taylor Davis, Peter Hollens, Nick Lachey, Jewel, Patrick Stump, and Shawn Stockman. He also has released his own solo album of original music, Shine, as well as a collection of classical piano pieces.

ADAM BASTIEN
Currently dwelling in New York City, Adam began singing at the early age of 12 and went on to study music at the University of Michigan. He has traveled much of the world as a singer on cruise ships, and lent his talents to several a cappella groups including The Alleycats, Blue Jupiter, and Home Free. Eventually, Adam made his way to the Big Apple where he is now singing for a live music production company, Element Music. Adam has performed for and with some of today’s most iconic performers including Paul McCartney, Lionel Richie and Bette Midler.

TRISTIN RUPP
Tristin comes from the very musical Rupp family. She earned her BFA degree in Musical Theatre from Minnesota State University and now pursues singing, acting, and dancing in Los Angeles. You may have seen her on “Criminal Minds,” the film “About Last Night” with Kevin Hart, and the popular TV show, “Shark Tank.” She also teaches dance fitness classes all around southern CA and cooperates an on-line dance fitness channel called, “TnT Dance Factory.” She is a co-director, cochoreographer, and co-musical director for children’s musicals all around the greater Los Angeles area with the production company, Encore Arts.
