Views of Downtown Bartlesville

  • Unique space multipurpose space located in the upper level
  • Accessed via staircase or ramp near the back of the auditorium.
  • Features views of downtown Bartlesville.
  • Accommodates 2- 120 guests.

The Balcony on the west side of the facility offers a fine panoramic view of downtown Bartlesville and is a perfect place to host a wedding reception or luncheon

Rental Rates

M-F BEFORE 8 am - 5 pm $40/hr*
M-F AFTER 5 pm $55/hr*
Weekends $55/hr*
Event Rentals PRIOR to 8am or AFTER 12pm $90/hr*

*The following restrictions apply:

  • $150 deposit required
  • Labor charges are not included in room use rates.
  • During all events and weekend rentals there will be a Night Manager/ Maintenance professional available.
  • Additions to rental time outside of the contracted hours a of the day of the events are at a rate of double time. Please plan carefully.
