The Bartlesville Community Center has played host to an amazing array of celebrations. In addition to world-renowned symphony performances and concerts, the Community Center facilities can handle a broad range of events, including: ballet, stage productions and musicals, lectures, seminars and business meetings of all sizes. The beautiful multi-functional facility is equipped to handle events as large as state conventions and as small as group meetings of fifteen.
The versatile meeting and community rooms can be utilized for conferences, trade shows, business meetings, receptions, reunions, fundraisers, and social events. The balcony provides a unique backdrop for events from formal weddings to casual luncheons. A full commercial kitchen gives you the option of self-catering or hiring the caterer of your choice.
Spaces of All Sizes Available
The Center has four spaces available to rent. The Balcony, Lyon Gallery, Studio Theater or Community Hall. The Balcony, as well as our Studio Theater, accommodate up to 150 people. The Lyon Gallery seats 130 people and the Community Hall can house up to 500 guests.

Let our dedicated event coordinator help you choose the perfect room for your wedding and reception. You can receive personal planning advice, room set-up, decorating time and rehearsal time prior to the event.
Looking for a venue to host your family or class reunion? Have your reunion at the Bartlesville Community Center. Let us do all the work! We include a la carte room setup and tear down of tables and chairs, time to decorate and plenty of recommendations for DJ’s, caterers and bar service.
With a large space for general sessions, tradeshows and luncheons to smaller rooms for breakout sessions and round table discussions, the Center can accommodate conferences, meetings, training seminars and vendor expos for groups of 15 – 500 people. Each space is equipped with complimentary wi-fi.
